筍乾:將麻竹筍的筍尾,煮熟後放入桶中壓~大概2個月的時間,取出後經由手工將筍尾撕成一絲一絲,以日曬方式曬乾,並保留竹筍最原始的味道。
請參考筍乾的處理方法👇
處理方法:將1束筍乾泡水2天(熱水),確認筍子能撕開後,川燙去酸味,再水洗濾水。
調理方式:加水2000g後可加入個人喜歡的配料和佐料,加熱至沸騰轉小火再煮45分鐘完成。
建議配料:1.炸過的小香菇2. 黃金醬筍 3.福菜
建議佐料:1. 醬油2.米酒3.胡椒粉4.糖

保存方式:冷藏3個月
